Over the course of April 25th through April 29th, 9 ambitious FBLA students traveled to Sacramento, California to compete in the annual California State FBLA competition.

After months of dedication and hard work in preparing for their events, these students put their full focus into each of their tests and presentations. Though none advanced to Nationals, they all deserve a huge round of applause for having the courage and commitment in continuing further into the competition past Sectionals. Lastly and monumentally, they are the very first team to travel together for Sage in the FBLA program.

Included below are the full results as well as some pictures from the weekend. In addition to the FBLA competition, the delegates learned all about the history of Sacramento.

Business and history together, these students experienced an awesome weekend. A huge thank you as well to their fearless leader, Ms. Bentley! It's not easy organizing a trip for high schoolers. She produced a success in traveling and motivating students. Thanks, Ms. Bentley!

If you are interested in traveling next year, make sure to dedicate yourself to qualifying for State at Sectionals in February of 2020. Anything is possible with goals and determination!
